Aunt Alma's Crumb Cake

2 c sugar
2 c flour
1 c shortening
Crumble above mixture - save out 1 c as topping.

Add 2 eggs to tensing crumbles in mixing bowl. Beat till smooth.

 1 tsp baking soda
 1/2 tsp salt
   2 tsp nutmeg
   2 tsp cinnamon
  1 c sour milk (3 tsp vinegar)
Mix together, pour batter into buttered/floured pan. Sprinkle saved cup of crumbles on batter. Bake @ 375 35-40 min.
