October 29 - Appointment with GYN
November 1 - Diagnostic Mammogram, ultrasound, biopsy
November 2 - CT body scan, bone scan
November 7 - First appointment with oncologist
November 8 - Surgical insertion of port in upper right arm
November 14 - Chemotherapy #1 Adriamycin & Cytoxan
November 27 - 10 day chemo follow up
December 6 - Chemotherapy #2
December 7 - Neulasta shot
December 27 - Chemotherapy #3
December 28 - Neulasta shot

2013

January 3  - Doctor visit, admitted to hospital for low white blood count
January 6 - Released from hospital
January 7 - 10 day chemo follow up
January 17 - Chemotherapy #4
January 18 - Neulasta shot
January 21 - Doctor appointment & Fluid IV
January 28 - 10 day follow-up
February 5 - Genetic testing
February 7 - Chemotherapy #5 - Taxotere
February 8 - Neulasta shot and fluid IV
February 9 - ER, fever & bladder infection
February 11 - Follow up & fluid IV
February 18 - Follow-up visit
March 1 - Chemotherapy # 6
March 4 - Neulasta
March 11 - Follow Up Visit

May 9 - Doctor, pathology - clear margins - HAPPY DANCE!
May 14 - Surgeon follow-up
May 17 - Radiology Consultation
May 20 - Return to work
May 21 - Doctor follow-up
May 22 - Lymphedema class/sleeve measurement
May 23 - Bra fitting @ Elegant Essentials
May 24 - Surgery - Remove port from arm
May 29 - Radiology Mapping and  tattoos
June 7 - Radiology practice run
June 12 - Begin 6 weeks of radiation daily
July 25 - Finished radiation!
