Ham Quiche

1 - 9 inch unbaked prepared deep pie crust, blind bake at 375 for 15 minutes with parchment and weights (beans, rice, or white sugar). 

Reduce oven to 350.

1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup green or red pepper, chopped
1 cup diced ham
1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup half & half
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
pinch of love

Saut√© onion and green peppers. Add ham just to heat in the skillet. 
Whisk together eggs with half and half, salt and pepper.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350 for 45 - 50 minutes.
